THE JUNIOR:

The Junior, an original City Kid, is an SF native whose love for R&B, Soul & Gospel music has transcended multiple DJ genres & elevated her palette in a way to serve the people!

If she isn’t curating House, Afrobeats & Soul vibes as the Resident DJ every 3rd Wednesday at Powerhouse SF with @Divine.Masc, she is taking you on a journey through your 2000’s & your high school years, as the other resident DJ over at @AfamilyAffair First Fridays at @ElRio. With her background in Social Justice & Activism, she’s not only curated a space of comfortability, she’ll also tell you a story.

LUKE MODELO:

Luke Modelo is a chicano drag king based in Sonoma County. In his five years of drag, he’s become known for his high-energy performances that challenge societal expectations of masculinity while making you want to get up and dance! You can catch him at Women’s Weekend TOO August 16-18 in Guerneville and at the Preciosa Night Stage of Silicon Valley Pride before going on tour to Brooklyn, Seattle, and Toronto next month. As a resident DJ at Vintage Space, DYOPS has the privilege of creating unforgettable experiences for the vibrant LGBTQIA+ community with her monthly dance party, LUSH. It's not just about playing music; it's about creating an inclusive space where everyone can let loose, express themselves, and come together to celebrate our love for music and each other. Having performed at renowned festivals and venues throughout California, DYOPS has an innate understanding of what makes people move and groove. She curates sets that are tailored specifically for each event, ensuring an unforgettable night filled with euphoria and pure musical bliss. Whether it's a packed club or an outdoor stage under starry skies, she knows how to work her magic and turn any event into a celebration.
