We believe in creating a welcoming, family-friendly environment where every guest can relax and enjoy our many amenities. That’s why we offer childcare services conveniently located inside our Club & Spa, so you can enjoy some "me-time" while we take care of your little ones.

Whether you’re indulging in a spa treatment, working out, or simply lounging by the pool, our dedicated team ensures your children are safe, happy, and entertained. Our childcare service is available to hotel guests, club members, guests of members, and spa users, making it easy for families to enjoy all the Flamingo has to offer without worry.

Policies & Procedures

  • Booking Protocol
    • Reservations: Required for all childcare services and must be made at least two hours in advance.
    • Drop ins: For your child's safety, we do not allow drop-ins.
    • Remain on Property: Parents must remain on-property while their child is in our care.
    • Supervision Ratio: 1 adult for every 6 children.
    • Age & Time Limits:
      • Ages 6 months to 12 months: Maximum stay of 1 hour per day.
      • Ages 12 months to 12 years: Maximum stay of 2 hours per day.
    • Illnesses: Please help keep our community healthy and safe. If your child is too sick for school, they are too sick for our childcare center.
    • Behavior: If you child becomes ill, extremely unhappy, or unmanageable, you will be contacted to pick your child up early.
    • Visits: To keep all children safe, please do not re-enter the childcare facility unless you are there to pickup your child.
    • Late/No Shows: Please call if you are running late for a reservation. After 10 minutes, your spot may be given to someone on the wait list.
    • Outdoor Play: Children will spend as much time outside as possible, weather permitting.
    • Indoor Time: When indoors, doors and windows will remain open, weather permitting.
  • What to Bring
    • Please bring snacks for your child at drop-off (no nuts).
    • Please bring diapers and wipes if your child is not potty-trained.
    • Please do not bring outside toys into the childcare center.
    • Please label your child's belongings with their first and last name.
    • Please dress your child in comfortable clothing suitable for play activities.
  • Billing
    • You will be charged by the hour in advance. If you pickup your child early, you may still be charged for the full time reserved unless we contacted you to pickup your child early.
    • Exceptions to the 2-hour time limit may be made if a parent is playing in a tennis/pickleball league or booked a spa treatment that may exceed the maximum time. Please let our staff know upon making your reservation. An extension fee of $10 above the original cost per hour may apply.
    • Cancellations must be made at least 4 hour in advance or you may be charged a $6 cancellation fee.
    • All no-shows will be charged a $20 fee for each hour reserved in advance.
    • Late pick-ups will be charged $6 for every 5 minutes late.
