This April, the Flamingo Lazeaway Club continues its Turntable Pop-Up series with a special culinary collaboration featuring Chef Amanda Kuntee Maneesilasan, co-owner of Los Angeles’ iconic Chao Krung — one of the oldest Thai restaurants in the U.S.
From April 5–27, 2025, Chef Amanda brings her family’s rich culinary heritage to Santa Rosa, offering a Thai-inspired, family-style menu of shareable plates.
With roots tracing back to Thailand’s royal kitchens and more than 50 years of family tradition, Chao Krung is celebrated for its authentic flavors, charcoal-grilled specialties, and scratch-made sauces.
