Experience a culinary adventure during our TURNTABLE pop-up, showcasing the culinary talents of Chef Ki Kim from October 4th through October 30th in The Lazeaway Club.
Ki Kim is a Korean-born chef, former owner of restaurant Kinn in Koreatown, Los Angeles. Kim started his culinary career as a sushi chef, working his way up at Matsuhisa in Aspen before staging in various fine dining hotspots, including Benu in San Francisco and Kojyu in Tokyo. Kim has also put in time at NYC establishments such as Jungsik, Atomix and Blanca. Kim is passionate about sharing nostalgia of Korea through food using local ingredients. He is currently the Chef de Cuisine of Michelin-starred Meteora in Los Angeles and planning his next project.
