What time is check-in & check-out?
Check-in is at 4pm and Check-out is at 11am.
A valid photo ID and credit card are required at check-in. Please note that a $100 nightly hold will be placed on your card for incidentals.

Are there any events or activities at the Flamingo?

What is in the rooms?
Every guestroom comes equipped with the following amenities:
- Flat screen TV: You can find your TV remote in the shelf built into the headboard of your bed. Press the button labeled "TV Guide" to see what's on now (we don't have streaming services at this time, but we're working on it!).
- Air Conditioning/Heater: You can control your in-room temperature from the HVAC unit located by the door to your bathroom.
- Mini Refrigerator: These can be found in the closet by the large mirror.
- Coffee & Tea Service: Complimentary coffee and tea is provided in your room daily. Please dial "0" to request more.
- Hair Dryer: This can be found in the bathroom under the sink.
- Iron & Ironing Board: These can be found in the closet behind the large mirror.
- Voicemail: To access your voicemail, press "77" on your in-room phone.

What is your housekeeping policy?
Housekeeping is provided upon request only. Should you need fresh towels, trash service, or to request full services to your room, please contact our Guest Services Team by dialing “0” on your room phone, or by calling 707-545-8530.

Is the resort pet-friendly?
Dogs are the only pets permitted to stay at the resort. A pet fee of $50/dog per day will apply with a maximum of two dogs per guest room. Please read our Dog Policy Agreement that guests are required to sign at check-in.

Do you accept cash?
We are a cashless property and do not accept cash for payments. However, cash gratuities are welcomed and appreciated.

Where is the nearest airport?
Commercial airline service runs at nearby Santa Rosa Airport (STS) which is less than 15 minutes from the resort. More flight options are available at San Francisco Airport (SFO), 1 hour and 20 minute drive; Oakland (OAK), 1 hour and 15 minute drive; and Sacramento (SMF), a 2-hour drive.

What is your smoking/vaping policy?
The Flamingo Resort & Spa is a non-smoking property. Smoking or vaping in any room or on a balcony will result in a $250 cleaning fee. While cannabis is legal for recreational use in California, smoking or vaping cannabis is not permitted in any room or on any balcony, and is only allowed in designated smoking areas which are indicated on your Resort Map.

What are your pool hours?
Our central pool is open everyday from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm. We also have a separate pool for lap swimming at Fitness at Flamingo available by reservation.

Is there a pool area code of conduct?
Yes, we ask all of our guests to adhere to the pool rules as follows:
- No outside food or beverage is permitted in the pool area.
- No smoking/vaping of any kind.
- Dogs are not permitted in the pool area unless they are a certified service animal.
- No pool floats, noodles, balls, or other toys in the pool.
- No diving or cannon balls.
- No glass.
- Chaise lounges are first come, first serve.
- Lounge chairs cannot be left unattended for more than 1 hour.
- Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

Do you offer day passes for the pool?
Day passes for non-hotel guests are available for purchase HERE. Each hotel guest receives a wristband at time of check-in which must be worn to access the pool.

Do you have a restaurant?
Flamingo Lazeaway Club serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Click HERE to view menus and reserve a table. You can also order drinks and bites directly from your smartphone with our conveninet poolside dining.

Do you have resort quiet hours?
Quiet hours are in place from 10pm – 7am everyday.

What are the spa hours? How do I book a service?
Our spa is open during the following hours:
Saturday – Monday: 10 am – 5 pm

What is the fee for extra adults in a room?
Rates are based on 2 adults per room. Additional guests are charged $20 per night, plus tax. Children under 12 stay free with existing bedding and an accompanying adult.

Do you offer rollaway beds?
We have a limited number of rollaway beds that can be rented for $35 per night. Reservations are first come, first serve. Please contact our Guest Services Team to reserve a rollaway bed as they do not fit in every room type. What is your cancellation policy?
Cancelling a reservation must be done at least 48 hours prior to your arrival date to avoid a penalty charge of one night’s room rate and tax, unless otherwise specified.
Please note that if you’ve booked through an online agency like Expedia or Booking.com, you will need to cancel your reservation directly through them, within their allotted time frame.

What are your taxes and fees?
We charge a daily Resort Fee of $35 per room, plus tax. Please visit our Amenities page for a complete list of inclusions. Total taxes are 14.2% and broken down as follows:
Occupancy Tax: 9%
County Tourism Tax: 3%
CA Tourism Tax: 0.195%
Santa Rosa BZ Assessment: 2% -
Is there a fee to use the internet?
Access to high-speed WiFi is included in your Resort Fee and available property-wide.
